Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting a lamination operator for one of our clients, a company specializing in flexible packaging (zipper bags, solvent-free lamination, roll printing, etc.).

Job description
The main responsibilities of the person in this position will be:
• Adjusting the laminator according to established procedures
• Making order changes
• Writing production and quality monitoring reports
• Checking the quality of the finished product in accordance with safety standards
• Keeping the work environment clean
• Participating in preventive maintenance and repairs with the maintenance team
• Performing any other related tasks requested by management

Working conditions
•Permanent full-time position (day and/or evening shifts)
• Schedule: 8- to 10-hour shifts
•Opportunity for occasional overtime
Salary and benefits
•Hourly wage: between $23 and $28 depending on experience
•Bonuses: Evening ($0.80/hour) | Night ($.30/hour)
•Position based in Laval, Quebec
•Private parking, easy access by public transportation (Montmorency metro station, Vimont train station, bus stop in front of the factory)
