• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with computer tools and office software.

Receptionist ((temporary contract)
One of our clients, a senior living facility, is looking for someone to fill a temporary position as a secretary/receptionist.
He or she ensures a warm, professional, and safe welcome, while contributing to the smooth administrative and operational functioning of the living environment. Through his or her presence, he or she helps create a reassuring, structured, and respectful environment for everyone in the residence.
Salary: $21.50
Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
Work location: Saint-Eustache
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, identify callers, transfer calls, or take and relay messages.
• Monitor the reception voicemail.
• Program phone numbers and adjust settings as needed.
• Ensure calls are transferred to the designated extension at the end of the shift.
• Greet visitors, provide them with information, and verify their identity before granting them access to the residence.
• Maintain a presence at the front desk and respond to requests from residents, families, and visitors.
• Greet consulting physicians and notify the relevant residents.
• Assist residents with mobility as needed
• Maintain constant vigilance regarding comings and goings.
• Ensure that doors and exits are secure, particularly by monitoring surveillance cameras.
• Assist people in common areas when required.
• Report any unusual situations and notify the appropriate personnel in case of an emergency.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
• Send mail and courier shipments.
• Receive packages and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
• Perform various administrative tasks (filing, copying, printing documents).
• File approved invoices and forward them to Accounts Payable.
• Manage and maintain administrative supplies (ordering, receiving, distributing).
• Keep various administrative lists up to date (employees, contact information, relevant details).
• Set up employee files and collect the documents required for payroll.
• Ensure the flow of information and the transmission of messages to teams.
• Distribute internal communications.
• Collaborate with management when welcoming new residents or those on temporary stays.
• Manage the cash register (e.g., meal vouchers, one-time services) and handle related administrative tasks.
• Keep certain internal resources up to date (menus, calendars, daily information).
• Inform management of the number of residents present, as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and functional reception area.
• Perform any other related tasks requested by management.
